As it will soon be Rabbit Awareness Week (18th-26th June) we will be holding a rabbit evening on the 17th May for owners or potential owners of rabbits. Evening starts at 7pm.
Rabbits are the third most popular pet in the UK; there are estimated to be about 1.3million kept as pets and the care of rabbits is becoming a much more talked about topic. In this FREE evening Tasha Yaxley RVN will give an informative talk about rabbit care including feeding and the home environment, rabbits as pets, as well as health concerns such as teeth, weight and nail care. We will have Buster? Who will allow us to demonstrate the best way to pick up a rabbit, syringe medications and trim nails.
Please call reception to book your place. Light refreshments including tea and cakes will be available, so come along and find out more at our informal evening.
