Westover vets is continuing to expand as an independent practice and is looking for an enthusiastic new grad for a well-supported mixed large animal role. We are situated in beautiful Norfolk with both the North Norfolk beaches and the Broads within easy reach.

The ideal candidate will be one who wants a taste of mixed large animal work, but who has a farm bias. Whilst we have plenty of smallholders, our commercial farm service looks beyond the day to day problems and aims to help farmers run productive and profitable businesses; an interest in farming enterprises and health planning is desirable though not essential.
We have a 4.5 day working week, two vets on call out of hours, a rota not worse than 1:4 and a day off after a weekend on call. You will get five weeks of holiday and days in lieu of bank holidays worked. Other benefits in the package include a work vehicle with fuel for private use and a private health care scheme.
